Renewals

If you need to renew your website plan or purchase your trial website, please use the Renewal link inside of the Vicid Web Admin for your site.

We are no longer offering PayPal as our standard method of payment. You can purchase with any major credit card through the Web Admin or by phone at 770-745-4774.

If your site has expired and you cannot log in to the Web Admin to renew, you can call us to renew or purchase.

If your site has expired and you need to renew/purchase during non-business hours or on the weekend, you may use the form below.

** Renewals for expired sites made during non-business hours may take up to a day, or two on the weekends, to be reactivated, as this is a manual process.
